Spoke with Randy, last week, about a last-minute trip to Philadelphia. He was friendly, professional, and EFFICIENT! The time and frustration that he saved me, was WELL worth the nominal fees they charge. And to top it off, the trip went off without a single hitch.

Thank you for your response Nadja C. I am actually in need of assistance. I was asking the question on here in hopes someone who is dealing with the same issue I am would speak out. I do apologise for reaching out in this way, but I am at a loss of what to do. I have booked a trip through one of your agents and I'm very unsatisfied with the services plus. I'm hoping that a supervisor or owner can reach out to me and be of better help and be more knowledgeable.
