DONT CALL THIS PLACE! BE SURE YOUR CALLING THE AIRLINES! We got a canceled flight for my minor child. These slow folks don’t even know how to handle it. Saying we have to pay all over again and so on and so on. Trying to place my MINOR child on a 11 pm flight! Minors can’t even fly that late! DOES ANYONE EVEN KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB THERE??? BETTER YET ANYONE SPEAK ENGLISH THAT WE CAN UNDERSTAND??

This company conned my uncle. He thought he was dealing directly with a southwest airlines. They priced him $255 for a flight ,once I got involved I realized going directly to the southwest website I could get the same flight for $155 . Once we realized this we called back within 2 hours and they said it would be a $100 cancelation fee even though… nothing was booked yet .We sent them an email asking them to wait til we decided what to do they charged the whole $255 . This is a fraud company DO NOT USE THEM GO DIRECTLY THROUGH FLIGHT COMPANIES NOT THESE FRAUDS.
