We ordered from them twice, on eBay. Twice the payment was sent promptly (=immediately), twice an entire week passed before an attempt was made to get the tracking info. At which point we were informed that the item was listed incorrectly. Not good.
Online sales required PROMPT execution. One week before telling your customer that something is not available or mis-listed (the listing is still there! Hasn’t been changed or removed) is simply not acceptable. If you take the $$, get the order and communication rolling! If you prefer storefront sales, don’t dabble in online retail.

Best saddlery..hands down. Jill spent over an hour with my daughter getting just the right helmet fit. Half chaps..same thing: Jill wasn't happy until the fit was perfect. The level of detail when it comes to safety is critically important and Jill does it perfectly and professionally. My daughter is very shy....when we walk through the door at MS, Jill greets her by name and makes us feel like family. My daughter feels like a million bucks every time she leaves. I could continue for hours....no need to shop anywhere else!

I ordered a pair of boots that appeared to be in stock on the website, and was contacted 3 days later that they were not in stock. This ended up working out, considering I had ordered the wrong size. I ordered the corrected size, again unsure if it would be in stock. This time, I paid for expedited shipping, as I need the boots asap. The day the boots were supposed to arrive, I again received a call that they were out of stock. I was unwilling to wait the 6 weeks for Malvern to special order the boots and although I alerted them multiple days ago, they have still not cancelled the payment for the

They recommended the indestructible Swedish shavings pitch fork. In fact so highly I bought two of them. Now after only a few months one of them broke. Not so indestructible I guess! When I called today to see what the manufacturer offered because they do advertise it as being indestructible I was told that no replacement part or any exchange is offered. They should stand behind their products at the store - but they were totally unfazed and then volunteer that if it was the tines that broke they could send me a new head from the manufacturer, but not the shaft. The website has sizes that I’m told don’t exist but they certainly charged my account for $868.00 that hasn’t yet been refunded. Don’t say you have something that you don’t and certainly don’t for charge something that doesn’t exist!! Most REPUTABLE companies don’t charge a credit card until the item ships. Charged my card immediately but took me contacting them to tell me item doesn’t exist. Terrible customer service

I love going into tack stores when I travel and visiting this shop was a treat. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The selection of merchandise was wonderful, especially if you're a fox hunter. While this shop specializes in higher end merchandise, the pricing is not so ridiculously over the top as one finds at a certain tack store in Virginia.
The store has a nice selection of unique one of a kind items that make perfect gifts, or to treat yourself.

Every time i order something online they have messed up. their website is terrible and poorly managed and their shop does not seem to stock everything they list one the website. they never send a confirmation email and I have consistently needed to check on my orders. on top of it they do not try and fix anything they messed up with on your orders. avoid ordering from here or going here if you can!

Jill brings a level of professionalism, attention to detail, and knowledge that sets Malvern apart from other stores. I have never found another store that spends as much time on custom boots and helmet fittings. But Malvern is our place for clothing, regular tack equipment, and other horse supplies. And it is right here in our local community!
