At first it seemed to be going ok but for the past year or so it's been not good at all they are very rude I have not been giving my MRI results when Ive had 2 separate MRI and my case is been on going since 8-14-2021 not to mention never had a doctor cuz none of them will see me without seeing my MRI results that's over 5years now I don't recommend anyone it's a nightmare doing anything when it comes to workmen's comp it's even worse when you higher a lawyer that seems to be against you rather then for you if I don't get results soon I'm going to have to fire find a different firm for this is

"He'll fight for who?" As I read all this false reviews it is hilarious to me. I know people who has been with him for YEARS and nothing. Horrible at follow ups, return calls or even status of their claims.
Its sad that someone trust someone with ...well their livelihood and they cant even get EMPATHY.
Tired of the calls and the pop ups? Here's some advise: SHOW UP and FIGHT for you clients like your slogan says, or get a new slogan.."Ill fight for you...when there's nothing on TV.
One thing I can say he is definitely worth the nothing he charges.

I have been in workers comp case over 3 yrs can't work not receiving benefits lost every thing we finally settle I'm told 30 days and5 days grace for mailing check there receiving healthy percentage of my check for representing me and now it's pass deadline and I just have to wait longer no one gets anything done there w authority or in timely fashion , unprofessional i get hung up on by secretary and it's been like this for 3 yrs I'm told one thing then wait and hear nothing for 6 months at a time I wonder what they actually have done and I'm paying them to

They need to close you only see him one time he was good 9 years ago he was on top of it but now he doesn't try hard enough unorganized and one of the assistants sandy is rude will tell you anything to get off the phone Kathy is the only sane one there with her head on her shoulders it's time to retire this place.

After going in and telling them what I thought and how I've called 5 or 6 times and nothings been done about my medication being on hold. Guess what at 7 PM their office calls saying my medication has been released. Gee thanks only took 2 month and 2 months of pain. You guys are awful!!! AND YOUR FIRED!!!

I have three words :
WASTE OF TIME. WC case for close to 3 years, and this guy does very little fighting for his client. He continually commented about how "his hands are tied due to Arnold being Governor years ago and how he screwed up the WC process." We fired him. And he dismissed himself from our case. My advice- FIND ANOTHER ATTORNEY NOT THIS GUY. Mr. PLUTA, you are right, you should retire ASAP. Your career history in this field impressed us, but really blinded us from your useless arogance. On the other hand, his STAFF
