The founders of tForm recognized a need for low-to-mid volume custom thermoformed packaging in an industry unwilling to evolve to support the development of new designs and practices. As a plastics company, we know it is our responsibility to both understand and provide education surrounding the impact that plastics can have on the environment.
At tForm, we manufacture all of our medical packaging solutions using a new, revolutionary material - PX. Just like PETG, medical grade PX is much stronger than PET and is equally resistant to chemical exposure. It meets or exceeds all standards for medical grade packaging material and does not contain the Glycol additive.
Automotive parts trays and packaging must precisely hold and accurately present parts in a clean and repeatable fashion while also being able to resist damage from exposure to chemicals commonly seen in the industry. Highly durable, reusable, ability to steam sanitize due to higher temperature tolerance than other materials.
Electronic parts and circuit board packaging must assure cleanliness and protect the parts during movements both within the factory and during shipment outside the plant. The packaging must also prevent damage resulting from electrostatic discharge. The first question that must be addressed is the conductivity requirements.
