I requested some poly bag samples and once I compared them to ULine I immediately saw the quality was superior so I called Lynn and placed my order. Iām so glad I did a bit of research and found this company because the quality of product as well as service has been excellent.. shout out to Lynn F. for her wonderful customer service. With such clear bags to protect my artwork I hope to sell lots of my matted art so I can come back to buy more. Thanks!

Overcharged shipping for next day shipping. Took 3 weeks to process my order and only received one of my product when it was supposed to be next day shipping. I paid $40.00 for shipping charges, but when you go to their website it states $12.00?? I filled a dispute with paypal thankfully they corrected the issue. This company was poor on responding to my emails and never answered all my questions. I would not recommend this company and will continue to shop with Uline. The quality is very less than Uline, the poly mailers are very thin not worth the price.

I only write reviews when a company and their people have gone above and beyond to provide an exquisite level of service. That is why I am here writing a review for International Plastics. My salesperson Lynn Skupien was not only the kindest individual I've had the pleasure of working with, but she was completely on top of my design and ordering process with suggestions for improvement and things to watch out for that she could see from her experience in her field that I would have missed.

I cannot say enough about this company. Their service is exceptional! Lynn worked with me to custom design evidence bags for my department. The finished product was not only perfect, it was considerably cheaper than other plastic companies I had researched. I have recommended them to other police departments in my area and will definitely be using them moving forward.

Our experience with International Plastics has been excellent. Two years in a row, we have now placed large orders for plastic 't-shirt bags' for retail use, and have been very happy with results. The sales team (we worked with Anna) was polite, professional and prompt. We were kept up to date on our order during production, the product arrived on-time, and is great quality. They are well-made bags (strong enough to carry auto parts and supplies without tearing), with clear printing. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

What a wonderful company! Their customer service is top notch ... they are SO attentive and polite! I placed my first order with International Plastics just a few days ago, and my package of 1000 zipper lock bags arrived much sooner than I expected. I was called after I placed my internet order, to confirm the order, and I was called again after my package was delivered, to ensure my satisfaction. And I am VERY satisfied ... the bags I purchased are of excellent quality! I will positively be a return customer.
