Seymour I. Hollander Apartments, commonly referred to as "The Hollander House", is independently owned and managed by the faith-based Greater Bridgeport Jewish Housing Corp. We are an Equal Housing Opportunity Provider, non-profit, and non-denominational. Hollander House residents are active within the community and are encouraged to have a good quality of life.
The Head of Household must be 62 years of age or older and meet the current income guidelines. Single Occupancy: $36,050 maximum total gross annual income** (includes income and income on assets). Double Occupancy: $41,200 maximum combined total gross annual income** (includes income and income on assets).
Our mission is enriched by the support of generous donors.
