I just recently moved from this property 2 months ago they are the worst from having roaches that appeared while there 5 months to even 5 mice in one year span they never cared to send pest control like they would I had to spend my own money for pest control I would not recommend moving there.... And Colin Vice the property manager is very rude and disrespectful they need to fire her asap.......

DON'T LIVE HERE!!!!
I lived in the Ellsworth Building for a year, during that time our apartment was infested with bed bugs, pigeons made a nest and laid eggs in our exterior wall, that parking lot commonly flooded, and I experienced frequent power outages in the buildings common areas.
Because of the poor quality of the building and lack of response from management I requested to break the lease and move out, but was denied. It has now been 4 months since I left and I am still struggling to get my security deposit back.
