Update! They are now taking me to small claims even though they were two months late. Don’t trust this company. I just heard from the blind guy two months later than they had promised my installation. They promised that I would have these blinds and they would be installed by the first week of July. It is now the first week of September and they… are claiming they have been trying to reach me for the past month - not possible since I received no message of any kind until today. They also promised that they would refund my money if the blinds weren’t installed by the first week

Hands down the best customer service experience while we built our new house. Not only were they the most reasonably priced, they were the quickest company to answer all of our questions. We used The Blind Guys in our new home. They came out and met with us while our home was under construction and measured for blinds. They were very courteous, knowledgeable and professional to work with.
They told us it would take six weeks for our blinds to come in (delayed due to COVID) but they arrived in five weeks. Once they were… delivered to Nebraska, the guys were here the next morning installing. They installed our entire home (20+ blinds) in less than two hours.

If you need any window coverings this is the company to go with. Andy, the owner and his sons have great customer service, are very knowledgeable about the products they sell and they were so easy to work with. We had the Allure Transitional shades/blinds installed in the whole upstairs. They did a great job helping us decide on what product to go with. Their install was done so efficiently and it didn’t take them that long either. You won’t be sorry using this company and their guarantee on the products they sell is amazing.
