Capital Investment Advisors was co-founded by Stephen A. Bannister and Rebecca J. Pelino. The principals of CIA have owned, managed and developed a real estate portfolio of over $500 million over the past 20+ years. CIA investment activities are not strictly limited to the purchase of real estate, but includes strategies for the acquisition of distressed Senior Debt, Subordinate Debt, and Preferred Equity positions.
