I have been going to Elevate for a couple months, for some lower back issues, also to prepare for my shoulder surgery and now after surgery. Mark and Kevin along with the whole staff are knowledgable, helpful and always nice to be around. Wouldn't go anywhere else for therapy. If you wake up in the morning with back pain or notice nagging aches in your back, buttock, or thighs, physical therapy in Brevard, NC can help you find relief.
As a mom and business owner who couldn't perform her many 'jobs' because of my neck and arm pain, you were my last hope before surgery. I am so glad I saw you!. Your neck is an integral area of everyday movement, and sharp pains can prevent you from functioning properly in your day-to-day life.
Whether your neck pain presents difficulty when trying to sit up straight in your chair at work or tilting your head down to tie your shoes, physical therapy can help give you relief.Neck pain can cause debilitating and extremely uncomfortable sensations, especially if the pain stretches from your neck down to your shoulders.

Great results. After working with both Mark and Amanda as well as 2 of the assistants the full range of the treatments reversed most of my years old psiatica and Achilles tendonitis. It was not free of discomfort at first but they got me used to a full set of exercises and stretches that worked so well I did them 7 times a week at home. Now I do them 3 times a week and I'm still improving slowly.
