I’ve searched years for quality furniture for our restaurants and finally found RSA Seating. We’ve worked with numerous vendors and have struggled to find one that delivers on time with quality products. Ron was very helpful in getting initial quotes and Andrew followed up with updates on delivery and helped with our many changes. By far the best in Chicago.

My family owns a restaurant in the Little Italy neighborhood and RSA Seating was refer to us by another restaurant in the area. I ordered some bar stools & chairs and one of them arrived damaged. Instead of giving me the run-around like some other retailers do, they picked up the broken chair and sent out a new one right away. It's so nice to find a local retailer you can trust and their family owned too!! I was very impressed by their customer service, attentiveness, and how they follow-up after the transaction.
