Terpsichorean Dance Studio was founded in 1975 on the principle that anyone can find joy through dance. We strive to give the gift of dance to all ages! Our qualified instructors not only teach our students how to dance, they also shape their lives. We want to teach our students how to be the best version of themselves, how to work in a team, and how to be reliable, responsible, and self-disciplined.
We believe that teaching perseverance and hard work as well as dance is food for the soul. Dancing is beneficial for both mental and physical health, providing an essential outlet that all students need. At Terpsichorean, we are very family-oriented, pouring love and devotion into our students. Here, friendships are made for life!

Services
Aprille began teaching at Terpsichorean Dance Studio in 1996 and became the owner of the studio in January of 2020. During her career she has studied jazz, ballet, contemporary, musical theatre, tap and hip hop. Over the years she has trained at workshops such as Edge Performing Arts, NYCDA and LADF where she learned from Mandy Moore (So You Think You Can Dance) as well as teacher trainings in Seattle and San Francisco.
All classes run the full season. Drop-ins are welcome at $20 per hour. Private lessons are available, please contact us for more information. Tuition is not refundable. To drop a class, written notice (via email) must be received by the 15th of the prior month to avoid being charged for the following month.
Built by Andy Piesh in 1999, our beautiful west-side building features 3 large studio spaces equipped with ballet barres, mirrors, hard floors, waiting areas and dedicated on-site parking.
