A state can require a greater minimum wage than the federal one and if it does, employers must comply with it.
When most people think about estate planning, they think only about writing a will. Although writing a will is an important part, it is not the only part. Called about being harassed over the George Floyd case from employer, only to have this lawyer tell me what a "thug" he was. Time to wake up, wow!

I employed the services of MR Haines back in 2009 for a custody and visitation issue. He's fees sounded reasonable. I have a couple of court hearings and the case was assigned to new attorneys Yasir Pasha and Paula Phinney whom didn't do as good expected due to their inexperience against a much more experienced opposing counsel . However Mr Haines went to court one time and he was able to achieve 30% custody for me so I'm grateful for this. He was able to work out payment plans also. He shows concern for your situation.

I went to Mr. Haines for a civil case. My family got burglarized by the apartment manager where we were renting. They took a considerable amount of jewelry. I hired a private investigator and we knew who did it.
Mr. Haines represented us zealously. The firm really supported us and helped us every step a long this arduous path. I was incredibly pleased with Mr. Haines and his staff. He is unpretentious, a very effective and knowledgeable litigator and a man with genuine integrity. We won the case. I feel that if I needed any legal help in any way, I could call Mr. Haines and he would be there
