Package that I mailed with UPS made it to the wrong address and was damaged and box was all tore up and there was important pieces of just important things that were in that box and they were shattered and it was just unbelievable and I'm very disappointed and now I have to prove how much everything cost just to get the damage back in the price of the delivery and I think that's wrong as well I will never ever go through that again

They're so nice and helpful. I had a unique situation on returning a package that I had worked on for a week and I was frustrated. The lady I spoke on the phone with and the lady who helped when I got to the store, were two totally different people. They were both so great. I'm definitely returning to ASAP Mail Mart as a grateful customer.

I went in to drop off some packages today which we do normally at this business. We have always found it easy and friendly. Unfortunately today, I had several boxes to drop off and neither of the two employees were wearing masks and one walked right up to me. I'm immuno-compromised and was appalled this was happening. If you don't want to wear one personally or while no customers are there, whatever, but to put your customers in danger is not only ignorant but extremely selfish. The amount of people who rely on your store need to know they are safe. It's unfortunate.

Your staff definitely needs more training on shipping practices and a crash course in how to interact with your customers. My last stop here. I have a history of doing business here but I'm done. The level of quality service and the experience of your sales staff has definitelyi diminished over the years.

Over-the-top customer service!!!! I have used ASAP Mail Mart for 20+ years for business and personal shipping needs. As all businesses, ASAP Mail Mart has had seasons of employees. That being said, the lady currently employed at ASAP Mail Mart is extremely professional, courteous and friendly to all! And, most importantly, she is VERY knowledgeable of the shipping business industry. Of all the times I have been in their store, I have NEVER seen her upset or rude. I actually called her boss the other day, stating how impressed I have been with her new employee (well, not new - she has been there

This spot is really nice for additional shipping services (as their hours are more extended than the USPS). My assistant helped me get everything in order and was very kind and helpful. My only side effect is their prices for the shipping. However, it was worth it as my product had to get out relatively quick.

The lady behind the counter was having a rough day, but she was still the kindest and sweetest. I felt like she was my friend and she was very helpful. Felt like being in a small town post office where she knew me my whole life. It's great to know there's people like that still out there. I'll be back again for sure!!
