Very very slow service.Every time I go to use their service, it'll take me 30 mins to have one package to take care of (sometimes even longer). I know the post office has a bad reputation on being slow, but Edmond Parcel Plus is beyond miserable. I went here in hopes to have a quicker service (because there shouldn't be any long lines to be expected in this place) but I spent almost my entire break time in this place. I will NEVER go back to this place, I'd rather go to USPS and expect to spend a longer time in lines than Edmond parcel plus, with no other customers around and will take a century

I have had a mailbox with Edmond PP for a few years and I don't remember having such exceptional service anywhere. Stephen is highly responsive, courteous, professional and friendly and goes the extra mile to help. He pleasantly answers any questions but i'm always on and off the phone within a few minutes. He or his team will go through my mail and toss the junk upon request and send it the least expensive direct way possible. Highly recommended!
