Jeff Balcombe is President Emeritus and has extensive knowledge of various industries and has testified over 70 times in depositions and at trials/hearings on issues related to general commercial damages, including economic damages and lost profits analyses, misappropriation of trade secret violations, purchase price disputes, wrongful contract termination, shareholder disputes, financial fraud allegations, securities class actions, and valuation issues, including the valuation of businesses and business interests, as well as fairness, solvency, and reasonably equivalent value analyses.
Todd Fries has over 20 years of valuation, litigation support, and financial advisory services experience. Mr. Fries has conducted hundreds of valuation analyses for fair value, tax, and other purposes in a broad variety of industries, including healthcare, energy, manufacturing, distribution, and technology.
Robert G. Manz specializes in the application of financial forensic analysis to complex business disputes and investigations.

With over 22 years in professional services, Mr. Manz's range of experience includes analysis of economic damages, business valuation, merger/acquisition disputes, on-site investigation of alleged financial irregularities, and evaluation of conduct of auditors, chief financial officers, and others under relevant standards and principles.
Laurie-Leigh White is responsible for overseeing the execution of a variety of valuation and litigation engagements. Specifically, Ms. White specializes in the valuation of companies, partnerships, intangible assets, complex securities for financial reporting and tax purposes, and employee stock ownership plans.
Dr. Philip Cross has over 20 years of experience as an economist in academia, government, and consulting. He specializes in econometrics-combining statistical analysis with economic theory to draw inferences about economic outcomes.

His consulting experience includes testifying as an expert in a major class-action litigation involving healthcare provision reimbursement, preparing expert opinions in an antitrust matter and in a lost wages matter, and analyzing the compensation structure for equity partners in a large professional services firm.
