Bradford W. Irelan is a Shareholder and Co-Founder of Irelan McDaniel, P.L.L.C. For more than twenty years, and with more than 75 jury trials and 20 appeals in both state and federal courts, he has enjoyed a reputation as one of Houston's finest trial attorneys. Mr. Irelan concentrates his practice in title insurance and real estate litigation.
As Senior Counsel, Jeff brings strong experience in commercial and residential real estate litigation to the Irelan McDaniel team. His expertise involves claims for violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), breach of contract, negligence, title disputes, and Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) complaints.
Since 2003, Ms. Conklin has focused her practice on commercial litigation with an emphasis on real estate disputes. She regularly represents title insurance companies, their insureds, and title insurance agencies in matters involving title disputes, title insurance coverage, and escrow claims.
She is experienced at handling matters involving title defects, surveying disputes, easements, adverse possession, mechanic's liens, closing a real estate transaction, foreclosures, tax lien transfers, boundary disputes, title policies and title commitments, forgeries, home equity loans, and equitable subrogation.

Christin is a litigator and appellate lawyer with "first chair" trial experience, and has represented individuals and businesses in a wide range of disputes, including nuisance, breach of contract, construction defect, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraud, and across a spectrum of practice areas, including construction litigation, consumer law, employment disputes, real estate litigation and personal injury, and at all stages of trial and appeals.
Allison Coselli has a passion for law, focusing her practice on business, commercial and insurance litigation. Allison plays a vital and active role in every case, developing facts, drafting motions and briefs, and participating in successful case strategy. Prior to joining Irelan McDaniel, Allison worked as a contract attorney for a prominent Houston firm where she gained substantial experience in all aspects of litigation.
