At Asadur's Market you can always expect wonderful services, & beautiful atmosphere. You can always select from the vast majority of items as per your need. We have been successful enough to satisfy each of our customers who visit our store. Quality product, good service, tidiness and good price are few of the things our customers say about our store.

Excellent, small, Greek-centric market. I was looking for a few Lebanese products and didn't want to go to Mediterranean Bakery in Alexandria. They didn't have what I was looking for - shankleesh - but I did pick up some excellent Greek feta (Dodoni's) and another Greek cheese, some split lentils, some frozen, sliced gyro meat (pretty tasty for a non-spit cooked product!) and some excellent marinated spicy olives. They have a few brands of pita, and spices in very small containers. I'll be back!

I love this little shop. It has a little place to order food, a little wine area, a feta bar, an olive bat, and a Mediterranean market. It's fabulous. All of it. Fresh yummy. Staffed by knowledgeable, kind staff. The products are great and the food is delicious. I could eat their tabbouleh constantly. Just go buy all the stuff here...

Gotta stop in every few months to restock my Turkish and Greek pantry. Really decent selection of frozen veg and yufka/phyllo, cheeses, olives, some cured meats (no sucuk last time I visited, but I've gotten it there in the past), spices/herbs and baking ingredients, coffee and tea, and a really nice selection of bulk grains, legumes and flours. The staff is nice and prices are reasonable.

Well stocked. Good selection. CLEAN PLACE (cannot stress "clean" enough for Middle Eastern stores, no offense. It's the truth. Some other ME grocery stores are scary filthy). Prices are in line with the rest of the area ME stores (too expensive for a Houstonian - God bless Texas). Excellent olive selection. Nice older couple (owners?). Very sweet people.

You know how sometimes you head off to the market for one or two items but, as you roam around, you end up seeing all sorts of tempting things that manage to make their way into your shopping basket? Well, that's exactly what happened today during my trip to Asadur's, a great local Mediterranean market with a wide variety of hard-to-find products, all in one place.
Being Greek, it was great to see many of the classic Greek brands on the shelves - Papadopoulos cookies, Misko pasta, Kalas salt, Minerva olive oil, Venizelos coffee, Ion chocolates - the list goes on. There's also a

Someone tipped me off about Asadur's market as being a great place to get imported Greek grocery products, and they were right. It's an excellent place for that. But it's also an excellent place for other middle-eastern groceries as well as store-made hummus and baked goods. Great for buying good quality olive oil in bulk too. I love going for the haloumi cheese, Papadopoulos packaged biscuits, and their store-made hummus and baklava.

Very impressed by this top notch little market that boasts a surprisingly large selection of Mediterranean food. Very clean, well organized, and friendly store. Great selection of beans, lentils, grains, pasta and couscous, herbs and spices, tea, juice, cheese, olives, artichokes, peppers, oils, vinegars, wine, pastry, cookies, flat breads, and much more. I especially liked how they offer house-packaged options for beans, lentils, spices, and herbs at great prices. I got a bag of mint leaves the size of a small child for $13, and various little containers of spices for $0.75 each.

I couldn't be happier to have discovered an authentic Armenian market. Drove an hour to get here and would be glad to do it again. I stocked up on all my favorite things: zaatar, spinach pies, cheese, basterma, pomegranate molasses and so many grains. I'm now set to go (until my next visit that is).

(Side note) - This is not a very friendly store. I always feel like they are bothered that I'm there. I am obviously not Middle Eastern.
They have the best, reasonably priced, selection of fresh olives and various feta cheeses! That is why I go there!
I've bought two items, at different times, and they were not good! They were annoyed and defensive that I mentioned it.... The tahini I bought spoiled within a month. (I forgot which brand unfortunately.) Not only didn't they offer me a refund or replacement, they seemed pissed! They made excuses why they couldn't give me

I've been going to this place for years and have never been disappointed. I first came on the recommendation of a Greek friend, after complaining that I could never find fresh filo in the regular grocery stores. Not only is the filo here always fresh, they sell it in various grades of thickness. Super delicate for baklava and nice and sturdy for spanakopita.
The olive oil they sell here was an education. That artisanal extra virgin olive oil I was shelling out for at Whole Foods doesn't even come close to the (much more affordable) canned oil that I get here. It's delicious and

Great little gem hidden off the street in a strip mall. I'm a sucker for a good gyro and some tasty hummus and this place delivers on both. Their grape leaves are delicious as well.
Do yourself a favor and eat a gyro with tasty, seasoned lamb meat-just as it should taste. And ditch the typical store bought "Sabra" brands of hummus and go get some from this place.
You can thank me later that you did!

It's a decent but small Mediterranean food market. Their selection of cheeses and chickpea-based products is a significant part of their inventory, so plenty to work with from a vegetarian angle. That being said, it's surrounded by a variety of other grocery stores and smaller markets, many of which have very good selections of the sorts of items they carry here.
The hummus I got there was uncommonly thick in texture and tart in taste; I liked their garlic version better and either way it was as good as I've found for the price. There were some other good items; notably frozen falafel
