I hired this dude to represent me in my divorce. When we went to mediation he did all the communicating with the opposing Lawyer. He told me that they would not agree on anything and would have to set a court date to go in for a hearing and see the Judge. After mediation, my husband and I talked and he informed me that he was willing to pretty much give me everything, and exactly what he was offering me. That is not what the lawyer had told me. He made it seem like my husband was not agreeing on anything, or cooperating. I paid a retainer fee up front to this SCAM ARTIST! 12/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Encouraged friend to select him in a case involving child custody where her best friend tried to illegally take her child after they agree she would temporarily keep child while mom recovered from preeclampsia and post partum.
He actually cooperated with the opposing attorney and violated several bar association laws. She almost lost custody of her child and all he was concerned about was getting paid. He remained silent during court proceedings and put up ABSOLUTELY NO DEFENSE. He was fired!!! Luckily, another attorney took the case practically pro bono and was appalled that this man has not

I went to Mr. Heise for help with traffic tickets which he did work with the courts to where I had to pay about $200 less than the original amount. He also suggested that I get an occupational license since mine was suspended but he never told me that my license would be unsuspended 14 days after I received my occupational license so in short I paid him $350 for a license I would only need for 2 weeks. đđđ salesman AND a lawyer.

Horrible experience with Mr. Heise and his staff. Important stipulation in my divorce decree was written incorrectly which lost me almost $40,000. He may be âoutstandingâ and âprofessionalâ in other areas but donât use him for a divorce!!

I wish I knew what I know now about this Law Firm. He is a CROOK!!!! He shouldn't be practicing as an Attorney. He worked on my divorce case for nearly 2 years, billing me every month and doing WHAT??? NOTHING!!!! My final decree was a copy and paste decree. I brought my decree to another lawyer and he agreed it was written by a 10 year old. I would advise to stay clear from this Firm.

My marriage turned out to be a total lie, and i was having a meltdown. My ex handled all our financial matters. did not where the money or how it was spent. Mr. Heise and his staff was great. Chris Heise did a great job! I got child support to help raise our children. we settled for much more than I had expected, or even knew we had after eighteen years of marriage. Super helpful Karen, and Angie gave me her thoughts on those tough real world problems in my life. I would recommend Christopher Heise

Mr. Heise did an excellent job. I was really pretty embarrassed to get a DUI after going out for a business lunch with some clients. His whole office worked like clockwork. They also got me an occupational license to keep me on the road and going to work. This was not a situation that I wanted to be in, and they got me through it. Thanks!
