That will be the last day Lynne and I will be in the office. We have started to inform patients of the office closure since early December (including the mandated ad in the Fort Worth Star Telegram classifieds) to avoid any interruptions in their care. Our main office numbers 682-518-0682 and the fax number 682-518-1334 will be in service until 2/8/2018.

We have been faxing our patients' relevant medical records to other physicians since early December. If you need your medical records after the office is closed, please fax your request to this fax number 910-375-5588. The other option is to send an e-mail to medicalrecords@painspecialiststx.com. We need to know the office or the physician name, their main phone number and their fax number.
Services
We at Pain Specialists of Texas aim to improve the quality of life and functioning of patients with chronic pain while minimizing addictive pain medications. When you come to us to see a physician, you will see a fellowship trained, board-certified interventional pain specialists with over 15 years of experience.
The office is located only 1/4 mile east of SH 287 and 1.1 miles west of Methodist Hospital. The map shows the location of Methodist Mansfield Hospital which is about 1.1 miles east on Broad Street. The Baylor Surgicare at Mansfield outpatient center is located across the parking lot from our office.
We see patients with chronic pain who are referred to us by their physician. This can be the primary care physician or a specialist (spine surgeon, neurologist, orthopedic surgeon.). We do not accept self-referrals or walk-ins. We require medical records and a referral from your physician even if your insurance carrier does force you to get a referral.
We treat mainly spine pain including low back and neck pain. We can also help if chronic headaches are coming up from the neck due to previous neck injury (whiplash) or severe arthritis. In most cases we need a recent MRI or CT scan before we can schedule the patient. We also have patients who suffer from RSD (reflex sympathetic dystrophy), now called CRPS (complex regional pain syndrome) and peripheral neuropathy (often secondary to diabetes).
We perform minor injections in the office. These include trigger point injections and injections into bursae (hip (greater trochanteric) bursa) and ligaments (epicondylitis (Tennis and Golf elbow)).

The most commonly performed procedures include low back (lumbar) and neck (cervical) epidural steroid injections (often coming from the side that causes the pain, called transforaminal epidural steroid injections), cervical and lumbar facet joint (medial nerve branch) blocks and radio-frequency ablations (destruction of nerves that supply the facet joints).
