I have seen Dr Sardar for 2 or 3 years now, and he is my favorite doctor by far! He and his staff have become like family to me. He talks to me as if I'm a person (you know how some doctors are with women) and explains things to me if I don't understand. He is very down to earth and both he and his staff greet me warmly. When I leave a note on the patient portal, the issues that I'm speaking about are taken care of immediately. I would recommend him to ANYONE!

My name is Terri Donelson and I have been a patient of Dr. Sarder for over four years. The care that I have received from him has been exceptional. He always takes the time to listen, offer excellent advice and in times when doctors too often cannot remember a patient's name, he not only remembers mine, but asks about my family, how things are at home, etc. He is truly an advocate for his patients and if he believes a procedure is warranted he goes to bat each and every time to get it done. The office staff is kind, warm, friendly and always greets me with a smile - Kim and Valerie are wonderful

Been a patient for at least five years now. Excellent staff, very caring.
Dr. Sardar is very professional and his staff has been consistent over the years. I am grateful for a team that has gotten to know me personally and are sympathetic to my needs. I am pain free with the treatment he provides. As my needs change Dr Sardar is right on with the team that really cares about the patient who is a real person and not just the next one in line.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sardar for almost 5 years. He and his entire staff are absolutely amazing. Anytime I have a question and leave a message on the nurse line or through the patient portal, it is promptly answered that same day. Most recently I had an issue with a medication that I needed resolved THAT day. With a crazy booked schedule, Dr. Sardar was able to see me and quickly resolve my issue. Very rarely do I have to wait on appointment days for the doctor/PA’s to see me, but when I do it’s only because they spend equal amounts of time on each patient answering question thoroughly

Dr. Sardar is one of the most compassionate, educated and informed doctors I have ever been to. He treated me with a high level of knowledge, professionalism, kindness, understanding, and addressed my issues thoroughly. I can not recommend him highly enough.
Those with complaints probably have a lack of understanding of the ins and outs of navigating the complex pain management system we endure (including the poor doctors that have to deal within it).
His nurse was also very professional, kind, and patient.
I encourage others to give Dr. Sardar a try.

My husband could not make his appointment because he had radiation treatment for his cancer and they would not Reschedule! They told me they had no appointments available!! He would have to wait until late August! Really?? It’s may 1!! The “manager” said everyone was going on vacation. I guess the vacation is more important then the patients! I cannot believe that if you have an emergency come up (like cancer treatment) and you cannot make an appointment you are completely out of luck! This is no way to treat a patient!! I understand you have other patients but to not be able to give an appointment

Dr. Sardar is an excellent doctor! I don't believe he knows just how horrible his office staff is. They expect the patient to do their jobs for them especially when it comes to paperwork. It seems like the answer to everything is "we haven't received anything". They send you through the run around and then treat you as though you're bothering them. I've never seen anything like it! I will never refer anyone to this office which is a shame because he's a great doctor and has great nurses. I'd gladly change my rating if he changed his office staff.
