Olympic Systems Corporation is a family owned business that was established in 1983 by Simon Bedigian. His vision was to establish a full-service shop providing high quality services and products to a wide range of industries. Olympic Systems employs 35 people and our facility located in Winchester, MA occupies 21,500 square feet.
Olympic Systems specializes in providing proof of concept and production quality prototypes. We have the knowledge and expertise to build prototypes and devise rapid and economical ways to bring your product from development to market. Give us the responsibility of developing your prototype and manufacturing your final product; in return, you will realize improvements on both profits and quality of your final product.
Olympic Systems' capabilities include both CNC and conventional machining. Our milling and turning machining centers are equipped with a wide range of versatile machines, as well as highly skilled machinists that efficiently produce high-quality, cost effective finished components/products. Typical materials we routinely work with range from stainless steel to exotic metals (titanium, Hastelloy, duplex and AL6XN), aluminum and plastics.
Olympic Systems provides precision welding solutions to a wide range of biotechnology, pharmaceutical, fluid and gas processing, semiconductor, instrumentation and food and beverage organizations. We specialize in welding services for ultra-high precision and purity applications. Our capabilities range from prototypes to high volume production and work with diverse materials such as stainless steel, exotic metals and aluminum.
Olympic Systems specializes in mechanical polishing, deburring, electropolishing and passivation processes. Our finishing services are utilized by a diverse range of industries.
