Chevalier CNC Toolmakers/Engine Lathe - 40" x 18" Diameter max. Capabilities include light and heavy rolling, to include sheet, plate, angle, bar and tube, from 22 Ga. Shear will handle up to 3/8" steel, 1/4" Stainless Steel and 3/4" Aluminum - up to 10' long. Angles, Tube, Bar and Flat Stock are cut using a Geka 180 Ton Iron Worker and a Marvel #8 Mark II, 18" x 20" capacity with automatic feeds and accurate mitering.

Haas VF11 CNC Vertical Machining Center- New - 2009 with 120 x 40 x 32 inches Travel - 10000 RPM Spindle. For large items our Haas VF11 CNC vertical machining center with XYZ travel of 120" long x 40" deep x 32" high and can operate at 10,000 RPM with travel speeds up to 700 IPM. Removable aprons allow for expanded Y axis travel.
Ramsay Welding & Fabrication has the capability to handle thin (.030") to heavy (1.5") rolling for a vast assortment of materials with varied specifications. Our experience in working with all kinds of metals has made us an ideal choice for our customers. Angle, flats rolled the hard way and easy way, channels, I beams plus round tubing and square tubing is rolled on a new Comac 307 Angle and Shape Bender.
