We had an amazing weekend in Cadillac. The condo was clean, the pool/hot tub was great, staff was friendly and breakfast was perfect. Absolutely beautiful rooms. All newly renovated with gorgeous hardwood floors and a stand up shower in the master bathroom! Breathtaking views from our patio of the lake.
Whether you rent or purchase with us, we provide you with everything you need for the perfect vacation. Sunset Shores Resort really is your "home away from home!" We offer both two- and three-bedroom condominiums, at approximately 1,000 square feet and 1,200 square feet, respectively. Our condominiums are equipped with flat screen tv's, wifi, bedding, all appliances and utensils, fireplaces and private decks or patios.
Beautiful waterfront 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom fully furnished, deeded, fractional condominiums. Your family can purchase only the amount of time they will use; 1/8 ownership gets you (6 weeks/year) 1/4 ownership get you (13 weeks/year), or a full unit gives you year round deeded ownership. Clubhouse with owners lounge, pool, hot tub, steam room, exercise room, private boat docks, sandy beach with a sunning area, sand volleyball courts.

We were privileged to be able to partake of a time share condo this past weekend. One word to describe this establishment….FANTASTIC. We were welcomed warmly & efficiently. The place we were staying was Immaculate & just plain cozy. We had a beautiful view & enjoyed every moment there. The grounds were very well cared for also. Kuddos to Sun Set Shores of Cadillac.

We rented one of the third floor condos, pictures showed two bedrooms with 3 beds and we get here and there are only two beds in the condo. We immediately asked why the advertisement showed one thing and what we got was not as shown. No management was on site the housekeeper was the only staff member running the place, she told us there were no other rooms available to switch to and that management would not be available until Monday. she also said that we definitely deserve a refund and that management would make it right. She also told us that the picture advertised is not a condo available here

Stayed for a couple of days, three times last year. Very impressive and comfortable. These are premium condo rentals. I’ll be back for a short stay next month. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Great views and amenities. Big heated, covered pool, sauna and hot tubs for use across the road. Service staff is excellent. If you can’t find what you want on the website, call them and they will try to meet your needs.

They provide dishwasher soap, firewood, everything you can think of for the condo, to make it feel like home. Plus there is a nice beach and launch with chairs, private space, pool, sauna, you name it. The only awful part is the large front desk lady who's been here for the last few years, is nasty crabby and always difficult and unacomidating.

Our whole family is always excited to come here whether it is to play outdoors or just relax. Right at the edge of Lake Cadillac, this resort even offers kayaks for rent to glide around the lake. Bicycles are also for rent if you want to venture on one of the many miles of trails in this area. We enjoy it in the winter too when it is quiet and the snow is glistening on the icy lake.
The entire staff goes out of their way to make our stay as wonderful as possible. LOVE LOVE LOVE staying at Sunset Shores Resort!
