Payments and Cancellations: At the time of booking, 1/2 the balance is due with this signed contract. Then 120 days from arrival, the remaining balance is due. If written notice of cancellation is received prior to 120 days the reservation date, 50% of the total cost is refundable.
If all payments are not completed prior to 120 days or the guest cancels the reservation within 120 days for any reason, then the guest forfeits all funds and the reservation is cancelled; we do not offer refunds or credits for any reason.Honorably discharged Military, Police and Fire-Fighter discounts are offered on rent and boats with proof of service.

Enjoy the outdoors, decks, beautiful lake, swimming, yard, hot tub. 2 sit-in-kayaks, 2 stand up kayaks (SUP) and pontoon boats are available and free row boat, ping pong table, foosball table, flat screen TVs, WIFI, 2 swim area with swim raft. Come enjoy the summer fun, weekly rentals in the summer or a weekend in the spring or fall.
Omena Bay Studio, 200ft Beach, 2 Kayaks, Rowboat, Dock, 1 Queen, full BA Studio for 2 adults. This is a comfortable attached studio with private outsider entrance in the heart of the Leelanau Peninsula Wine country and the Traverse City area and is perfect for one or two adults. Sorry, please no kids, no babies, no pets, we are firm on this.
In the summer, late spring and fall we rent pontoons to our Spider Lake Cottage Vacation rental guests only, not to the public. We rent two Crest II Sport 22ft Pontoons. 40hp Honda 4 stroke engine and Evinrude 28; $999 weekly or $398 for a minimum of 2 days - you buy the fuel. A $500 deposit is required with a contract.
What is your pet policy? We like dogs, please bring them, why leave them in a kennel to get kennel cough and make them feel like they were abandoned? You will feel stressed and so will your pet. They are simple loyal creatures that only love and when the bond is broken, its stresses them out. It's cheaper to pay a small pet fee to us instead of you and your friend going through all the stress of a kennel.
