There were a handful of things that impressed me about Suite. 1) Suite takes the time to listen to patient objectives 2) Suite takes a preventative approach and throughly educates patients on what is needed 3) Suite is transparent about pricing 4) Suite cares about their patients 5) Suite hires very talented hygienists. I checked this place out on a whim. Wanted to get my teeth cleaned so I started calling dentists around town. Many places couldn't get me in for a month or so but Suite Dental got me in the next day. The hygienist said that I should come back because there are some things that might need to be done. I come back the next month and get x-rays and checked out by Dr. Spencer and it turns out I have a few cavities. I don't have the most financially stable life, so this was concerning to me. Every experience I've had with Suite Dental has gone very well. Went in for a "Discovery Session" and was able to learn a lot about my mouth. While being there for the first time, I kept saying to myself, "I've never had THIS done before, I've never had THAT done before." They found ares to address that the previous dentist seen 6 months beforehand did not. They make you feel comfortable throughout the process, especially while in the chair. I had the privledge of working for Dr.Spencer when I was first beginning my career in dentistry. He taught me so much about patient care and comfort. Dr.Spencer's desire to better himself and his practice is something I will always admire. I had all my needs met at Dr. Rod Spencer office in a few short visits. Doctor and staff members are very friendly, professional and personal. I had exam and bridge work to replace missing tooth. I am very happy with my smile, can chop hard food without any trouble. The dentistry provided here is a very fine, the lab work has been completed excellent. I was just at Suite Dental a couple days ago to have my quarterly botox treatment. I can't say enough about the gentle reassuring manner in which Dr. Spencer administered the injections. The staff provided me with ice before and after as well as clear instructions on after care. They also gave me stress balls to distract me:). I had an emergency situation and Dr. Spencer and his staff got me in immediately for a root canal. I am not a fan of dentist but these people changed my opinion on dentist. I have had a fear all my life of going to the dentist. They went above and beyond making me feel comfortable and safe during my experience and even called me the next day to ask how I was doing and if I needed anything. Dr. Spencer and his staff, whom I have worked with for my upper wisdom tooth extractions and Periodontal Therapy, have all been considerate of my particular needs through out my series of visits. Hands down the best dentist I've ever had. Rod and his team, from the front desk back to the exam room, are professional and compassionate.
