The type of foundation you get is a matter of aesthetics and personal preference. We carry standard box springs (about 9" high), low-profile box springs (usually 5" high) and bunkie boards (usually 2" high). A sales associate can give you a personalized recommendation based on your frame and bedroom furniture.

I had shopped every mattress store n furniture store in Houston Mattresses For Less has the finest high end mattresses for well over 50 percent less than other stores the salesman was great, he knew his stuff made my purchase easy n fast . i ended up with a king Simmons Black pillow top and a Tempurpedic for my guest room i saved over 3000 dollars from the prices on line, same exact Mattresses do yourself a favor and go there first and save time and money

This store was amazing! I was so happy to meet Mr. Marvin and work with him because he made the process of replacing my mattresses very simple and fast. We had winter storm damage to mattresses and it was a blessing to find a store that was willing and able to get me exactly what I needed with same-day delivery service. I am grateful for Mr. Marvin and the store!

HORRIBLE experience EVER. We went to the store paid for 3 full beds, and one king bed with everything included. We have been sleeping at a hotel so our kids wouldn't sleep on the floor at our new home. We waited for the beds for a week and 10 minutes before delivery they called to say that my kids beds wouldn't be delivered today because they made a mistake. I have paid in full. I did not even finance the purchased. The sell rep called me to tell me oops we can't do anything about it. The owner called me and told me if I refuse the delivery of what they are sending I would have

We were in the market for a bed, but had no idea what we wanted to buy. We went to both Mattress one and Mattress firm in addition to looking online. Mattress one was extremely patient in answering any questions about the different beds. In fact, we visited three separate times to make sure we really found the one bed we really liked. During the buying process, Marty was really willing make it easy. Also, when the bed was delivered it had a tear. Marty had them deliver another one right out. Overall, happy with the purchase at mattress one.

Mattress selection in this location is great. Customer service is beyond excellent. Richard worked with our price range and gave us a great deal that is so hard to pass. The mattress purchased about a week ago is SO COMFORTABLE and feels like sleeping on a cloud.
I wish I can find someone like Richard in every place I go and for every purchase I make. He is professional, attentive, extremely honest and considerate. Though never saw Richard before stepping into his store, the whole experience felt like purchasing a mattress from an old friend that cared only for us, not the sale.

DO NOT Purchase from Mattress 1 at 1417 B West 11 th Street. I wish I had thought to look at the reviews first!!
Attempting a refund or cancellation for a fully paid order prior to delivery even being scheduled has resulted in wasted time on the phone and pure BS run-around. Rich has over used his line " 'I will not argue with you'... First he tried telling me my order was a 'special order'. But it doesn't say that on the receipt nor did I ever hear this. Then he tried telling me " They don't do refunds at this level."
Fine. He can handle the refund legally with Pentagon Federal Credit Union
