We won't tell you that insurance was a passion of ours from childhood - that would be a big lie. Like most people, it's something we fell into. But like many Ohioans, including those of us from B-Town, once we signed on, we went all in, committing to doing our best and being the best. Alan Galvez stumbled into life as an insurance agent in 1971 after being laid off from his factory job (sound familiar?).

Keala was so helpful. She did not pressure me at anytime. When I asked for more information on cost or changed my mind she was very pleasant and got back to me that same day. When I came into the office everyone was very pleasant and all my paperwork was in order and ready to sign.
