I have been with State Farm since 2011 and in the insurance industry since 2007. I have been a State Farm Agent since 2014 in Marysville, OH. I really enjoy helping people make great decisions for themselves and their family. Being able to help people get protected the way they desire is part of my service to the community.
I love volunteering and supporting events such as the Thanksgiving Dinner in town, Donating Blood to the Red Cross, or working with disabled children throughout the area. Kristy was amazing. I called for my mom who is 79 yrs old because the company she was with was very high.
Kristy got all the information and i received a call back within 10 mins with the quote.
Kristy was able to save my mom 55% compared to the other company. My mom was so very happy, she still can't stop talking about how much money she is saving.

If possible, I would give Kristy 10 stars, her customer service is the best. We recently moved our insurance over to State Farm because of bad customer service with another insurance company. Kristy responded to our needs with quickly and professionally with a very friendly attitude. We are super excited to support her and our community at State Farm Insurance!

I would gladly give more than 5 stars if possible. I just relocated to Ohio from Florida. When my new permanent address was processed, Kristy reached out to me and offered to get everything transferred to my new home. She took care of the entire process quickly, efficiently and professionally. When I left Florida I was sure I would want to look at other insurance providers due to the high cost I had been paying. However my experience with Kristy was so extraordinary I will gladly stay with State Farm. Thank you Kristy!

I went in not knowing much about life insurance at all, and came out knowing everything about it. Even though life insurance is a touchy topic because we don’t want to think of anything happening to us, Kristie made it so easy and comfortable to talk about it. She has a great personality and explained every question I had in detail. I highly recommend going to her for life insurance and car insurance as well (as I have both with her). You won’t regret it!

Kristy is simply the best! She takes the time to actually get to know you, so she will know what products will best fit your life. I had been with Kristy for years and then left due to some unfortunate events. I am so beyond happy to be back with Kristy. I met with her and Christina today and instantly felt back at home. Kristy is more like a friend than an insurance agent, and I just love that about her. She's great at what she does! You won't regret it! I promise! :)
