Just got my first Brazilian here with Meghan! Booking was so easy, the lady at the desk was super sweet, and Meghan was so quick and personable! 10/10 would recommend (she also got ALL the hairs girlies)

Just had an excellant Brazilian wax with Evy!! It's such an uncomfortable experience and I've left other places in tears, but Evy was super patient & sweet then entire time. Of course a few rips hurt but went away after a few seconds. So glad I went here & met Evy, definitely going back. Thanks again!!!

i came here in 2016/2017 as a college student and loved everything about this place (per my old review)! came back here today, in 2022, and painless waxing boutique is just as fantastic! I called in to see if they could squeeze me in for a last minute appointment ( had to work up some courage because i hadn't waxed since before the pandemic ) and Rose was able to schedule me right away. Have been to many places around the United States to get waxed (I travel a lot). I can say whole heartedly that I've never experienced such a painless wax. It was actually weird because I was wondering if it was working the entire time because of how pain free it was. I highly recommend scheduling with Evy! She treats you like a friend she's had for years. Loved her and this business; will most certainly be my new waxing spot in Chicago!

When they say "painless waxing" they really mean it. I've been coming here since the early spring and I have not been disappointed. All of the estheticians are AMAZING. I've been seeing Megan for the past few months and she's the best. She's, kind, funny & incredibly good at her job. It doesn't even feel painful it's more like a quick sting & it's over. You won't be disappointed if you schedule an appointment here. So glad I found this place

Super clean facility and it felt very welcoming. Unfortunately, I was just SO nervous about my first time getting a Brazilian, that I could barely focus on those details. I'll be honest, while I was waiting on the table for the esthetician to come back in, I was actively trying to convince myself to stay on the table and not run out of there (no offense, Evy ... you did a great job!).

I had to book a last minute appointment for a wax and they were able to take me the same day! Super happy I found this place because it's super nice! They sell extra things in the back, had a nice playlist playing in the boutique, and Envy took very good care of me. Envy was quick and thorough.

1. Very clean and super stylish! It's a cute little boutique that sells everything to make your kitty experience and after experience delight, followed by jewelry, lotions, and things for new mothers too. The space is extremely clean, and in the rooms it's very put together and items are there to help you clean yourself up before or after service.

2. Priced well for service. A full Brazilian wax runs 60 range, and even cheaper if you book 4-6 weeks in advance. Be ware of cancellations not within 24 hours because they will charge you

I really enjoyed my first experience getting a Brazilian wax, absolutely nervous, but Davia did an amazing job keeping me comfortable and made conversation the entire time. The pain level wasn’t too bad at all. Very professional. Overall great experience!

Arrived early as I was one of the first appointments of the day and wanted to be respectful of everyone’s time. We all know what it’s like when the first appointment is late and it has a domino effect on the rest of the day.
I checked in with the front desk after after waiting 5mins past when my appointment was supposed to start. She was not only rude but also unhelpful. After 10 more minutes had passed, I went back up to her and asked her what what the deal was. She said there was “nothing she could do” and instead of being solution oriented just stared at me.

Madison was amazing. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable with the process. It had been a while since I had gotten a Brazilian, and although the total hard wax process took longer, it was less painful and my skin is handling the post-wax much better than it typically does with soft wax.

I'd definitely recommend trying this place out if you're on the fence!

I used to be a frequent customer of PWB, and hadn't been in years due to relocation. Decided to try sugaring today with Sabrina. She is amazing! It's never comfy to have a stranger so close to your lady parts, but I can't imagine it going any better than it did with Sabrina. She's fabulous, and I'm a sugaring convert. Can't wait to come again.

I really enjoyed my first experience at Painless Waxing Boutique. Astrid was really nice and did an amazing job (it also really was less painful than previous experiences elsewhere). The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful. Much appreciated for the good experience :).

I've heard about Painless Waxing Boutique awhiiiiile ago but never gave it a go. Don't ask me why, I'm not quite sure. The past few months I've been disappointed with how my eyebrows have been looking. They weren't as cleaned up as I liked so at the last minute before the holidays, I've decided to book an appointment here. They have SO many services to offer it's insane!!! When I booked it online, they have you fill out a Covid form and follow all the recommended social distancing guidelines.

The receptionist (I didn't get her name!) was very welcoming

I was a little nervous to get waxed for the first time but Meghan made me feel so comfortable and relaxed!! She is such a lovely and fun person and we always have great chats everytime I go. I always leave feeling happy with how she takes care of me. Parking is pretty easy as well which I appreciate. The girls in the front are always very nice as well!

Meggie was phenomenal 💕💕 She completely alleviated all my fears and made me feel so comfortable. Her method of waxing is super effective and it wasn’t as painful as I expected it to be at all. She was so sweet, professional, and took great care of me! I made my follow up appointment already for another full Brazilian and I can’t wait!!!

If I could give 6 stars I would! Ive always been the type to go to the nail salon and go for an eyebrow waxing, but my eyebrows never came out they way I wanted them. Honestly, for a few dollars more you can have a licensed aesthetician listen to your needs and expectations and not walk out disappointed. Marta is AMAZING. She takes such good care of my skin during my waxing sessions. She's gentle, she listens to your request (and a great conversationalist)!

Stephanie was extremely professional and efficient. She did a great job and it felt more like having a chat with a friend than getting waxed. The woman who checked me in was very welcoming and helpful. All around great experience and would definitely recommend

I had a fantastic experience for my first professional waxing. Taylor was amazing. Super friendly and calming, worked quickly and did a great job. Simone was awesome as well. Overall it was a great experience from making the reservation to walking out the door. I highly recommend this place and I'll definitely be back.

I've been seeing Aimee once a month at PWB for almost a year and I can't recommend her or PWB enough! If you've never done sugaring (instead of traditional waxing), it is such a great alternative for sensitive… skin. Aimee is such a pro, so fast and so, so calm and kind. She is the perfect person for waxing/sugaring newbies because of this, too! Every time I go, it's a rejuvenating experience.
I've also come to learn that the company and its owner are incredibly supportive of the staff, which is something I want to continue to reward with my money and loyalty.

PWB is the best in the West....the Midwest anyway 😉 all the ladies are wonderful in their own unique way. They offer everything from Brazilian Waxing & Sugaring to spray tans, Lash lifts and teeth whitening. The space is huge, clean, stylish and has amazing skincare products and retail items for days! Don’t take my word for it, come experience it for yourself, although I may be extremely biased because I am an Esthetician at the best beauty boutique in Chicago, Painless Waxing Boutique meoooowww

For my first Brazilian wax, I would have to say this boutique is the only place I recommend for waxing that doesn't hurt so much! From now on, I'll be making the one hour train ride up north to come here on a monthly basis.

The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. The environment is clean and cute. And I liked the FarmHouse Fresh products.

The customer service at Painless Waxing is great, the waxing service is always thorough and done without rushing. You always get a great wax and it really is less painful than other waxing I've had done at other places. I would recommend Matylda to anyone. She's really good.
