I was waiting to hear from the office to schedule foot surgery, I was advised that it was delayed because my insurance had not responded. After weeks, I contacted my insurance and they said that there was no request from the clinic on my behalf, nor needed approval for an ambulatory surgery.
After weeks, in pain, got a call from them, and a lady with a very unprofessional tone let me know what I needed to pay.
I felt that they did not communicate clearly to me from the beginning, and instead of saying that my "insurance " was delaying the process, it was them being too busy to schedule
