Dental implants are a tooth replacement option designed to look and function just like natural teeth. Dental implants are revolutionizing the way people think about tooth restoration; while before removable prosthetics were the only solution available, now there are a variety of dental implant-based treatments that offer patients a lifelong solution to tooth loss.
Dental implants are widely considered as the best option for replacing missing teeth because they preserve your overall oral health for years to come. With proper care, the dental implants last a lifetime, and they look and feel just like natural teeth. Below are a few reasons why dental implants are an excellent choice when replacing one or more missing or failing teeth.
The cost of receiving dental implants can depend on several factors. The number of teeth being replaced, the extent of bone loss that has taken place, and the need for additional procedures, such as dental extractions or bone grafting, must all be taken into consideration when undergoing dental implant placement.
The entire dental implant process usually requires two procedures-one surgical procedure to place the implant in the jaw bone and one procedure to affix the permanent crown. Your oral surgeon and your dentist will work together throughout the process to form your new replacement tooth. During your consultation, your oral surgeon will take any necessary scans to develop your treatment plan.
Having one or more missing teeth can threaten your oral health and throw off the balance of your smile. Even if just one tooth is missing, the surrounding teeth can begin to migrate and shift out of alignment, causing serious bite problems over time. Tasks like smiling, speaking, and eating can become increasingly more difficult.

I had all 3 of my wisdom teeth extracted on 11/4/21. (I got lucky I guess, I only had 3 grow in)
When I was brought back, I felt very scared, anxious, and just kind of alone. Dr Fallender and his nurse were very kept to themselves, I tried to be friendly and humorously cope with my anxiety but apparently harmless humor is not a skill they use to warm them patients up to the thought of them getting their mouth cut open and laying almost lifeless on a chair infront of them.
Anyways, when I wake up from procedures after any sedation, I am very emotional. In the sense that I am scared and confused

I had my wisdom teeth pulled on 7/1. I was able to get my consultation and surgery scheduled in a timely manner. The front office took me back on schedule and I was very happy with Dr. Falender. He was clear about what to expect, and everything happened exactly as he described. Would happily recommend this office to anyone

The ladies up front were super sweet, the lady who took me to the back with the short pixie cut was extremely rude and impatient with me. I showed up 9:16 am and was rudely told how late I was (9:15 am was my appointment). The dentist himself was snippy with me. I had no idea when I was going under sedation, I just woke up in my car after with blood drooling out of my mouth. Gave my husband the instructions and told him there were complications. I woke up under the anesthesia!!!!!

I had to have my final two wisdom teeth extracted & chose Indy Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center because they were in my insurance network. I’m so thankful that they are in my network! Dr. Falender & his staff are very kind & friendly. They set my mind at ease & showed a tremendous amount of care & concern for me during my procedure. They are both professional & personable. Dr. Falender even called the evening following my morning procedure to check on me & see how I was doing! I would highly recommend them & would give them a 5 out of 5 star rating.

You will not find a better oral surgeon than Dr. Falender. About 20 years ago he pulled my 4 wisdom teeth and as busy as he is he calls his patience personally and checks on them. This visit was no different I had a tooth pulled and he called to check to see how I was doing and if I had any question. Dr. Falender really cares about his patients. In this day and age the surgeons might have their nurse call and check on you but not Dr. Falender. I just love him. The BEST ORAL SURGEON HANDS DOWN. He is patient and explains everything he does.

Though it's never fun getting teeth pulled, Dr. Falender and his staff made the whole experience as painless as possible. They checked in with me before my appointment to make sure all of my questions were answered and I was ready to go with my prescriptions and pre-op instructions. The morning of my appointment they took me back right away and helped me relax when I was a bit anxious before being put under. Later that night, Dr. Falender called me directly to check in and answer any questions I had. I'm a week out and the site is healing nicely! I would highly recommend Dr. Falender and his team

This place is awesome! My husband needed oral surgery and they took care of him very quickly. I had called around and a lot of places couldn't get him in until a month out. But this place was able to fit us in and I'm so happy they did! Very friendly and professional staff. Dr. Falender was great! Thank you! Highly recommend!
