The founder and managing partner at the firm, Brent Harsh received his Juris Doctor from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2001. He also graduated from the University of Nevada in 1996 with his Bachelor of Science in Finance, with a minor in Economics. Brent is certified by the Nevada State Bar as a Personal Injury Specialist, as well as the State Bars of Oregon and Washington.
Karl H. Smith, received his Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law in 1996, and is an active member of the Nevada State Bar, Federal District Court of Nevada, and formerly of the Idaho State Bar (inactive). He has extensive experience in civil litigation, and has been lead counsel in hundreds of arbitrations and mediations, as well as countless bench trials and dozens of jury trials.
Paige Taylor graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science in1989, where she attended on scholarship, before receiving her Juris Doctor from Willamette University College of Law in 1992. While studying at Willamette, she received the American Jurisprudence Award for Contracts, which honors the highest grade in the class.

I was recently hit by a car while crossing the street and had some pretty serious injuries. Once I met with Brent Harsh, I knew that I was in good hands. He treated me with true care and courtesy. The first thing he did was make sure that I was getting the best medical care possible. I was nervous to deal with the insurance companies, and he took care of that. He resolved my case quickly, and took care of all my medical bills. I can't recommend this office highly enough.

We have been waiting in limbo for 9 months post all treatment concluding to receive anything from them. They have our check cashed gaining interest in their accounts though. I have had to call every two weeks to just get them to even look or work on our case. When we retained them we were under the impression we were working with Peter Tamino and then all of a sudden they switched to this new firm in the middle of everything. Completely unprofessional and I’m beginning to think we have been swindled out of all of the settlement at this point. I highly do not recommend retaining them.
