I am forever grateful I went with my gut and hired him for a rough case I had on my hands. I was feeling down when I got injured and didn’t know what to do. I am so thankful that I have met Atty. Kilby and made everything easy for me since day one. The insurance company did not want to pay for my surgery after breaking 5 bones in both feet and a year of trying to heal the fractures on its own. That is when I sought the guidance of Robert. Robert helped me through the process and getting the surgery I so desperately needed to continue working. The money was not my priority the quality of my life was. Robert made me understand that my right to fair settlement was my right.
