At Faust Automotive & Tires we're proud of the service we provide the community, but fixing cars isn't enough. It has always been important to us that the work we do doesn't have a negative impact on the environment. To that end, we recycle almost everything used at the shop including antifreeze, old oil filters, tires, and old oil is even used in the shop's heaters.

Is there corrosion at the terminals where the battery cables attach to the battery? If there is, the corrosion can interfere with how efficiently electricity passes back and forth from the battery. I have an older suburban that developed some brake issues right before I left for a fishing tournament out of state. I was recommended to bring the vehicle to Faust automotive and tire. We have always had great customer service at Faust A&T. They are always helpful and very easy to work with. If we have a question they are always willing to help. When we had issues with a rebate, Ann worked with us and the company and got us our rebate. Nothing by great things to say!! Keep up the great work!

On my way from the St Louis area to Louisville and my tire started losing air. The belt had slipped and I had a tight deadline to make it to Louisville. I just happened to stumble across this shop and told them my situation. After diagnosing my tire with the belt issue, they could have told me I was screwed. Instead, they rotated it to the back and put a used tire on there for me to make sure I could get to Louisville in time. They got me in right away and worked fast to get my back on the road. Great people and the fix was cheap.

I'd like to give negative stars but that's not possible.
My parents have been using this garage for years.
Today December 27, about 10-15 degrees outside, my mom stopped in bc her battery light was on and she was worried.
The Einstein that was there behind the desk - she was NOT a mechanic - told my mom that since her battery was fairly new it must be the alternator and she could not drive it. (My mom lives about a mile from there and is over 70.)
My mom asked if Ann could drive her home, the dip behind the counter said Ann was out and she could not leave to take my mom home.
