I was in a bad car accident last night and Ralph and son's towed my car so I called them today to find out how much it was too get my car out and have it taken to my mechanic and they guy told me $300 dollars just for a tow. So I told the guy named Bob that I couldn't afford that at this moment and he said I knew you couldn't afford that and then hung up on me this guy was so rude and unprofessional. But the thing is I can afford to get my car out I just couldn't get them all the money today. But this guy didn't even give me a chance to ask him if I could come up there on Monday with the money
