Beware...Everything shows in stock online but it is not. I placed a large order for samples of most of their products. I was contacted because several items were backordered that show in stock online (they don't maintain inventory online). I asked to cancel items that were not available for months and I was told there was a 25% restocking fee once the order is placed. Even though they have never touched your order. I was told once you click submit to place an order, it is being processed. Products took longer than they originally quoted too. I will find a company that is honest and

Products are good but these 2 stars for their delivery time. I have never seen such long shipping time. I order stuff from China and they deliver faster. A month and a half to get my samples, and I am just a couple of states away, so long, it’s insane. Rainshadowlabs hire one or two more people to help you with shipping, to speed it up, that will bring in way more orders and it will cover their salaries and it will definitely bring in more income. It shouldn’t be that hard.

I can't actually review the products since I haven't ordered yet. I'm here because I'm amazed by the negative comments regarding shipping, customer service and long wait time to receive orders. Let me tell you, RainShadow Labs, customer service is every bit as important as the sale. I was planning to place an order but I refuse to give business to any company who cannot function on a level with American standards. Any company in business must be able to excel in these areas. There is simply no excuse at all for this number of negative complaints about the same issues. I'm a long term business owner

This company has some of the best quality products available by far. They are a small batch micro skin care manufacturer. Their products are made to order. I am assuming they don't have a bazillion number of ingredients sitting around getting old, so it does take 4 weeks to get your products, however their products are the best quality at fair prices.

The negative comments are real. I dont post reviews ever, unless I really have to. I am HIGHLY disappointed in this company. First the product "No more red calming serum" smells absolutely horrible and does practically nothing to the face. Second, shipping time took over 2 months to arrive which is completely unacceptable when running a business. Third they have charged my credit card with a shipping fee I haven't even accepted. They told me they werent allowed to give me a refund because they have mentioned that shipping fees will be calculated later. Calculated later? This is a form of an unauthorized

I definitely will never be buying from them again. Not only does it take FOREVER to get your order but they force you to pay their high shipping rate without ever informing you of the cost before it is processed. I bought a 3.95$ sample product and was charged 26$ us = 36$ Canadian. So I basically paid 40$ for a 5ml sample.
When I contacted them to get a refund and that I no longer want the product the moment this got billed on my credit card; they told me that no refunds will be given because they said shipping is only calculated once it is shipped.

I will never buy from this company again. So you make a purchase and it says "shipping will be calculated later". By later I thought it meant before I checkout but no, later means they can charge your card any amount they want for shipping without even disclosing the amount. How do you not know your shipping rates? I sell products online myself and I am always transparent with my clients about shipping and offer free shipping over a certain purchase amount. So they've been in business since 1983 and still can't figure out shipping costs??!! It's a scam, do not not shop here. They'll take your credit

I do not recommend doing business with this company. While they have great products, they are not trustworthy. I was informed by a sales agent that I would be charged a flat rate of $7.50 for local shipping. However, when I received the invoice I was charged $3.00 more. Additionally, my colleague ordered the exact same products that I did, except her shipping fees were .30 cents more. This company is not transparent about their shipping rates. Until this issue is resolved, I will not be purchasing anymore products and I advise you not to.

The products this company manufactures are so superior to anything else i have tried. The bath salts completely healed my muscles after work-outs. The essential oil blends are so clean and delicious. I cant rate the body perfecting serum highly enough: it moisturizes the entire body with a tablespoon in the bath and stays on, also does not stick to tub. I use this in shower too and there is no build up. I am obsessed w the peppermint body scrub, it also leaves its moisture without making you or shower sticky. The quality of these products is insane and to get them at wholesale prices is even more

I love the products but the prices are expensive compared to other vendors. Customer service is not good and unacceptable lead times to get products. They say 10 days but it is very common to be more than a month. I order from many vendors and NONE of my other vendors are so late on turning around orders. It is very hard to control inventory with this company as you never know when you will get your products. I don't like that they don't give you choices on the sizes you can order. My other vendors sell the items in a choice of sizes. Their customer service attitude is take it

I'm going to agree with the other two out of three really bad reviews of this company. It MUST be family run because there is no way anyone else (besides the owners kid or relative) would treat customers so badly. Surly, short, very difficult to deal with replies - if you get any reply wihtout begging - absolutely no heart of kindness compared to the many other private label companies we work with. Go with another Oregon private label company if you can. There is one in Gresham that is MUCH easier to deal with.
