My car was involved in a rear end collision. I was referred to the body shop by the insurance company....and I can definitely say they deserve more than 5 stars!!!!
excellent customer service, (Ray), timely repair, excellent work, and when I picked up my vehicle it was cleaner than I've ever seen it.

I recommend them 110%.

The Body Shop is a "preferred" according to Allstate which is why I chose this shop. I would be careful choosing them as timeline for repairs and communication with customers is poor. In addition, they placed a bumper on my car that was charged to my insurance as a "new" part from an after-market dealer the shop uses. When my car was "ready" they then found a crack in the bumper. They said they would have to take the bumper down, repair it, then put the piece back on the vehicle. I immediately questioned him about putting a damaged and repaired part on my car

The body Shop on LEE Blvd. is not a place i recommend for car repairs. I took my BMW after a crash. At the time of inspection to take my car home I found out they had not put new parts, The paint was not done correctly, and The door that was supposedly changed for a new one.. was not closing right. The door had to be slam hard to close it or it would bounce back open. When I brought this problems to their attention they kept my car for one more day to fix the problems. The paint was touched up and seemed to be OK, but the door was never fix correctly. As i was inspecting the car for the 3rd time
