JJ Collision Center is a family-owned body shop serving El Paso and the surrounding community. Juan Diaz has over 55 years of experience in the body shop industry. He founded J&J Body and Paint in 1986 after spending 10 years as a body man at the Ford Dealership. His two sons, Juan Carlos & Victor, now run JJ Collision Center, Inc.
Being in a car accident is a traumatic experience regardless of the extent of injuries or damages. Although it is normal for emotions to run high, keep calm, focus on safety, and document facts. Be careful what you say: DO NOT admit fault. Always call Police and file a Police Report. If you are NOT AT FAULT, try to get the party at fault to report the accident to their insurance company right there and then.

I have to start by saying JJ Collision center is by far the best auto shop I have ever been too. Mr. Diaz and his family trully put effort in building there brand and customer service. I have made the mistake for years going to the best priced auto shop and each time did not get what I expected. JJ's pricing is reasonable, but there quality of work superseded our expectations. Great communication and quick responses throughout the entire process. I highly recommend there shop for not only there quality of work but there professionalism in all they do. First off want to thank everyone who worked in my vehicle. Carlos and Rebecca were for helpful with the process and made it smooth. You don’t have to do much but let them do their thing. Guaranteed good work and in a timely matter. If you’ve been in an accident and need repairs, this is the place to go. Will definitely use them again(hopefully don’t need to). Thanks once again!

I crashed into a yellow metal post which caused a dent to the drivers side of my car. I had other minor bumps and scratches that had happened through out the years. A friend recommended jj collisions and thank him for it! They were friendly and knowledgeable. The whole process was excellent. Easy to communicate with.
My car came out looking like new no more dents...and they even clean my headlights!

I needed a new tail light assembly, and I found JJ Collision on Angie's List. I am very happy that I did. The work was done quickly and professionally, and the bill was very reasonable. We are so happy and blessed that we opted to go to JJ Collision Center. From the time the receptionist picked up the phone until our vehicle was beautifully finished we were "treated like family" just like their advertisement says. Their courteous and professional mannerisims throughout make it easy to trust them with your vehicle and their timeliness is impeccable.
