Here I am again after another purchase from the power store. This time it was a short notice request for 14ft ironridge xr100 racking. I was already about 2 hours away from another trip and because they are normally 5 hours away I decided to call and see if they had the ability to fulfill my order. I was able to talk with the owner and he stated one way or another we will work with you to get what you need so come on. I want to point out this is true texan hospitality. When I arrived with my kids and of course my road trip canine sidekick Sadie we were welcomed. They didn’t have the 14ft rails

Every aspect of my purchase from The PowerStore was perfect from the start. I live in Arizona and I bought all the microinverters, q cable and hardware from them. I decided to get the actual rails and panels locally given the logistics of shipping them. Pricing on every item was lower than all other vendors, shipping was very reasonable, and they delivered on all commitments 100%. Communication was beyond excellent - and a special thanks to Randi for her efforts. I highly recommend calling them to discuss your projects.

I ordered a Victron 15 amp charge controller from The PowerStore. Apparently they were out of stock and sent me the 30 amp Victron (much more expensive) for the same price! As if that might not be enough, they sent me a Smart Dongle ($50 value) too! Even *IF* they're not the absolute cheapest online, I'll be buying my solar gear from them from now on! :)

Matthew and Stewart came out to help my sales team become more familiar with sizing and selling batteries and generators for our solar installs. The training was very comprehensive, and the two were extremely knowledgeable in not only their products but their competitors as well. Matthew walked us through calculations and understanding the products… better from the inside, which was very helpful for the team to understand the sizing. Stewart highlighted great selling points and plenty of options for our clients. The two did a great job, and we have always enjoyed working with The PowerStore
