I have nothing but thanks and gratitude for the team at Task Properties. I actually interviewed Marcus about 2 years ago regarding my rental property. At the time I was toying with the idea of selling, but Marcus gave me some facts that made me decide to hold on. He could have had a listing on the spot but put my interests first. Everyone at Task properties is incredibly helpful. I have been renting a property from Task for the past year, but I have know Marcus and Christian for a long time. They have a great team of professionals they work with, including the vendors they hire. Anything we have brought to their attention regarding the property we are renting is always taken care of quickly and completely. I feel like they are not only looking out for the owners of the property but for my family as well. Highly recommend!!!

Considering buying a house is the biggest purchase most of us will ever make, I can't express strongly enough how easy and informative the team at task was!! Considering that I had lack luster credit and a laughable down payment! The team at task still took their time to help me find exactly what me and my family needed!! If you are ever contemplating doing business with Marcus at this business, be prepared for a huge lack of communication, oh wait, there is ZERO communication. My wife and I have been dealing with Marcus at Task Properties for several months in trying to formulate a Lease option to purchase of a home we are renting. I try to touch base and get status updates via email and he literally does not respond to them at all, ever. I am not sure how a broker let alone an owner of a business can have such a lack of professionalism and complete disrespect. I cannot speak for the Realtors and their abilities

The brokers were very excited to list our property in the current "hot market" for real estate in our area. Once an exclusive contract was signed for their services, they did not show our property even once and have not even made any attempt to actively market it. Our experience has been that this business endeavor is not a full-time effort, with Marcus rarely in the office and frequently "out of town." I believe Marcus is more preoccupied in making a name for himself personally in the community rather than taking care of business. Don't waste your time with Task Properties
