had some extensive work done in August, but later noticed a problem with how the car was running. Brought it back in, the problem was due to a defective part (it happens), which has been replaced and she's running great now! Thank you!

These guys are amazing. Dropped my truck off with a whole list of stuff I wanted done to it and they fixed it all. Couldn't be more pleased with my truck. They do great work and have great customer service.

Al's Care Car has proven they are the best at what they do. They were honest and professional through out the process of fixing my Explorer and went the extra mile to make sure the repair was done right. If you are in need of a totally reliable repair, you can count on Al's. They come highly recommended from myself and many other people!

I’m hesitant to leave this review for fear of longer wait times.
I’ve always gone to Al’s. The communication is fantastic. I’m updated/ advised to any additional services that may be required. Al’s doesn’t throw in irrelevant services if they don’t feel they’re needed. They don’t pressure you if you feel it’s not needed or you can do it yourself.
Other shops have taken the liberty to fix My vehicle problems without notifying me, resulting in a surprise bill. I really dislike this tactic.
Al’s costs are projected pretty accurately, so the bill has always been on point or

Mixed review. Had a transmission problem and had Al's diagnose. Needed a replacement. There was a $100 Service charge for the diagnosis- can't fault them there. We had schedule issues and they let us park car in lot for a couple days. That was a plus. Those are the positives.
We called around and found a better quote from AAMCO- literally across the street. We asked Al's if they'd match the price or even discount the quote from the diagnosis. No budge. So AAMCO came over picked it up and repaired it for less than Al's. Moral of the story? If you think you have a transmission

0 stars if I could! Couldn't think of another business that's more of a scam. My window wasn't rolling up so I took it here to get it diagnosed.
2 scams they tried on me:
1. They told me my window regulator wasn't working and that it would cost $500 for the part and $100 for labor. I looked online and the part cost $30!!!!
2. I ended up doing the project myself to find out there was nothing wrong with the regulator. The window was just off its track! So they charged me $50 to diagnose the issue which ended up being wrong as well!
Con artists! I forbid anyone to use this
