We prefer to walk on the roof surface to perform our roof inspection and generally do assuming it is safe to do so and doing so will not damage the roofing material. There are limitations; concrete, slate and clay tiles are easily broken and should not be accessed. Rain, wet and steep roofs are dangerous to access.

I am in discussions with this contractor on why they didn't pick up on $10,000 worth of property repairs (leaky roof and faulty HVAC) 3 weeks after they charged me almost $1000 for a house inspection. So far, I have reached out twice to them about a rationale/amicable resolution, but they continue to be unresponsive. I will amend this review if my experience changes, but for now I advise consumers to shop around elsewhere instead of working with this company

Rick knocked a recent Inspection out of the ball park for us, as usual. My wife and I have requested that Rick Inspect five of our homes (residential and investment) over the last few years. In one instance, he helped us isolate mold issues beneath the house. His excellent work allowed us to back out of the deal saving us lots of time, money and stress.

Rick was highly recommended by my agent. I trust my agent so I called and booked him. I had a strict timeline and needed my inspection done in a week. The nice lady at the office booked him without hesitation and right on the day that was perfect for us.
We arrived about 15 mins early and Rick was there to greet us! We hired him because he is the best and he fully lived up to that expectation.
Very nice, very thorough, and very detailed. Checked many things I know that most don't, Including things like we didn't have a doorbell or tempered glass window by the front door.

Rick works with both parties inspecting the properties as well as keeping people informed on issues with the property. He is well educated on new regulations and does not cut corners. He is honest on time and his reports are delivered very quickly. One exceptional thing that I like is how he helps to educate the new home buyer on items that he includes in his report. The average home buy does not always see the detail that Rick is aware of.
