Darryl Hottinger has more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of civil litigation. He is a partner at the Beach Law Group, LLP and is the chair of the firm's Appeals and Writs Department and Law and Motion Department. He is licensed to practice law in California and Arizona.
Mr. Hottinger began his legal career as an appellate attorney for the California Department of Justice, where he successfully defended more than 40 criminal appeals on behalf of the State of California.He then went on to practice civil litigation and appellate law at firms in Los Angeles and Santa Barbara before joining the firm that is now known as the Beach Law Group LLP in 2011.
Mr. Hottinger began his legal career as an appellate attorney for the California Department of Justice, where he successfully defended more than 40 criminal appeals on behalf of the State of California.He then went on to practice civil litigation and appellate law at firms in Los Angeles and Santa Barbara before joining the firm that is now known as the Beach Law Group LLP in 2011.
Paul D. Singer is an Associate in the Southern California office of the Beach Law Group, LLP. Mr. Singer has practiced law for over 13 years and is focused on the representation of physicians and other healthcare and human services providers against allegations of professional malpractice, negligence, premises liability, and other personal injury claims, both in Court and in administrative proceedings.
