Mr. Toney is a Shareholder and Manager of the Firm's Business Valuation Department. He specialized in business valuations for estate and gift tax purposes, mergers and acquisitions, dissident stockholder disputes, and marital dissolutions. Industries in which Mr. Toney has recent experience include: high-technology, construction, transportation, service, and agri-business.
Ms. Virga is the Firm's Office Manager. She managers administrative operations and provides support to all executives and staff. She has over 20 years of administrative experience within the private sector, healthcare, and educational fields - the majority of which has been with CPA firms. She enjoys the details of her work and prides herself on accuracy while providing excellent customer service.
Wallace Valuation Advisors, Inc. provides litigation support services to attorneys and their clients in the Northern California area. Our professionals have testified in State and Federal Court, Arbitration, and Mediation.
