Update from original Post: Clowe and Cowan finally came through with my refund, they wanted to charge me a 200 dollar restocking fee on an $800 pump. But eventually did not charge me. I recommend management review their policies in regards to dealing with customers. Though it took over a month to resolve my issue. I must give them credit with resolving my issue. That is why I upgraded them from 1 to 3 stars. To the new owners of this business, if you want recommendations the store has my contact info. I am an executive level leader that just happens to like and do my own manual labor.

Clowes & Cowan owns Paso-Tex Industries, a local company that we've worked with for nearly two decades on several crucial gate automation projects.
