Clean Water of El Paso are the water softener service for you. They were professional and thorough and explained everything to me. After having another company do the install 3 1/2yrs ago and that company took our money and ran, I was skeptical of any of company. Clean Water of El Paso came and checked if I needed servicing and put my mind at ease that all was good with the tank and system. They said all was good and they would get back to me in a year to check again. The servicemen were pros and courteous and wonderful. This is the right company.

What a great experience. John organized the sale and installation. Carlos and Ruben did a great job of doing the installation and explaining the system. I’ve had water softeners installed before, but this was the best. On time, fair price, on budget, top quality professional installation, no surprises. Highly recommend Clean Water of El Paso.

Unlike other companies that were trying to sell me their product by offering and telling stuff that was not true, Clean Water of El Paso (CWoEP) were straight up with me. I spent about two months researching every bit of information that was given to me from the companies that I interviewed and dispelled much of the information that they provided, but with CWoEP the information given to me was spot on. I called John with Clean Water on a Saturday, and he picked up right away. I'd been struggling with a leak in a water system that I had installed for weeks. He gave me some helpful tips, but I still couldn't get it to work. He showed up on Monday as promised and quickly diagnosed this issue. I had a water tight system in no time at a very reasonable cost. I'll be using Clean Water of El Paso for all my service needs. These guys are pros!
