I had an incident where I opened an infected email. As soon as I opened the attachment, I knew I should not have touched it! I immediately contacted the team at Circulent and they were able to verify that the "bug" had been quarantined but they suggested performing a complete scrub of my hard drive. They worked over the weekend to make sure my laptop was ready first thing Monday morning. Such a pleasure working with them! Thanks!

Very poor business etiquette. We requested a quote for a service agreement, it did not satisfy our monetary needs so we went with someone else. Months later we were in need of a master password they never shared and we were told by the staff that they had "wiped out" our information and cannot provide the password essentially interrupting our business.
The principal has very poor business ethics and poor communication skills. Also, does not even allow for negotiation. There are other services out there with less "slimy" feel to them.
