I wasn't a big fish on the line. Just having issues with my work-from-home Optimum wifi and needing direction. David and Arbnor took the time to listen, consult, and call me back even though I didn't represent a big sale or contract. That's pretty great in my book. David and his team set up our home network a few years ago - we had ongoing network reliability and wireless coverage issues in a house with 6 active users... Their solution was very reasonably priced and solved all of our issues. The reason I’m posting now is because the current crisis has required a level of use that we would have never predicted - working from home, online college and high school courses, both with heavy video use, plus a lot more gaming and movies - and we’ve had zero problems. Great guys to work with and experts in their field.

We were lucky to have found Canaan Technology to help us set up a new business. They have been great partners as our firm has grown. They proactively manage our server, network, computers and phone system. We recently had the need to retrieve hours of lost work and because we had set up a Data Backup and Disaster Recovery solution, retrieving that work was a non-event. Canaan Technology installed a security camera system for me. They were professional, knowledgeable, responsive and timely delivered exactly what I requested/expected. They promptly adjusted the system after installation to address concerns and followed up a few days later to confirm satisfaction. I purchased some wireless equipment from Canaan Technology and was incredibly pleased with the experience. Despite the fact that I didn't need a fully designed and installed IT solution - their bread and butter - David (the founder) was more than willing to discuss my needs and helped me validate my purchase decision. He was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. I highly recommend David and his team and would happily work with them again.
